Have a nice day! I have just finished listening to an audiobook that called
Enzyme Factor is written by author Hiromi Shinya. And though some
useful videos about health problems on Youtube I have been learning some
lessons for myself that how to care for my health as good as possible.
I can share you guys about some tips or habits you should follow:
In the morning, after you wake up, you should lie on your bed about 5
minutes to take a deep breath of fresh air and take some slight exercises
to help your blood cells can move easily in a  whole your body. Then you
should take from 500 to 700 ml of water in order to refresh and remove
bad things in your body. After 1 hour you should take some alkaline fruits like:
  • Apples

  • Burro Bananas (chuối tây)

  • Berries – all varieties except cranberries


  • Cantaloupe (dưa Mỹ)

  • Cherries

  • Currants

  • Dates (quả chà là)



  • Figs (quả sung)

  • Grapes -seeded

  • Key Limes

  • Mangoes

  • Melons -seeded

  • Orange (Seville or sour preferred, difficult to find )

  • Papayas

  • Peaches

  • Pears

  • Plums

  • Prickly Pear (Cactus Fruit)

  • Prunes

  • Raisins -seeded (hạt nho khô)

  • Soft Jelly Coconuts

  • Sour sops (mãng cầu xiêm )

  • Tamarind  ( quả me. )

Because our body works to keep the blood slightly alkaline at a 7.4 pH, and this is determined by the ratio of alkaline and acidic material in the blood. pH stands for “potential hydrogen” and is the ability of molecules to attract hydrogen ions. When there is too much hydrogen in the blood it weakens the immune system and interferes with the proper oxygenation of the blood.




And you know that I have known something that is really interesting. In fact, we often think that some fruits like Key Limes or Mangoes which consist of a lot of acids inside it because it has sour taste, but you know when these fruits move to our body it become more alkaline.
In the afternoon, before you have lunch, you should drink an amount of water lik
e what you drank in the morning. The if you have enough time to prepare some
fruits, please eat it first after 40 minutes of drinking water. Then you can have
lunch, but you shouldn't drink water in your lunch because it's not good for you
stomach. If you have soups or something like a liquid, you should eat first and
then you should chew slowly so that the enzyme in saliva can secret. Our meal
should last for 25-35 minutes.
In the evening: You should have lunch before your sleep about 4-5 hours because
when you eat at the time that is near your bedtime, your stomach and liver must work
hard and have a negative impact on your health.
And I guess you know what will happen, right? You have to face health problems
and cause serious mental health problems. So for me, I recognize that I must
eliminate a sedentary lifestyle and plan a good lifestyle. I try to keep eating
dinner before 7 pm and go to bed before 11 pm.
And from right now, I try to make home-cooked food more and avoid
processed foods, ready meal, junk or fast foods and take away. I must
eat a balanced diet and don't eat like a horse, don't grab a bike,
tuck into my food.
I hope with my share that can help you guys change your habit step by step.
You know, I always hunt the good foods so when I knew these health books
it's surprising to me. Thank these authors who have a good heart! I hope
they have a strong health and can continue to cure more and more patients.
